Upon arrival of the package by courier, the customer is required to check the external integrity of the package. Any problems of damage should be noted in the bulletin that the courier will tell you to sign: SIGN WITH RESERVE SPECIFYING THE DAMAGE SENT, example broken package, ripped packaging, the contents of the package moves ... All our packages have a valid insurance coverage only if the damage in the bubble is noted that the courier will tell you to sign. When opening the package, please send to our email the digital photographs of the damage found. In this case, the same item ordered will be sent to you at our expense.
If you inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt, you may also be entitled to reimbursement of shipping costs. Shipping costs means the price you paid for sending the product to your address. The goods must be returned using the original packaging. We also remind you that the cost of shipping for the return of the items will be your responsibility and in this regard, we strongly recommend sending the package via a courier that allows you to follow the status of the shipment. The package must be returned to our premises in complete conditions. If the package is damaged and the contents spoiled, there will be no right to reimbursement.
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used for the initial transaction excluding the cash on delivery. No additional charges will be applied to the refund.
