Conditions of sale

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Shop art or its delegate.

In case of theft / loss Shop art undertakes to send a new product and, if it is unavailable and / or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's right not to accept this new product and request the issue of a credit note relating to the product itself.

In the hypothesis that the carrier is responsible in any way by the customer, Shop art will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time, purely indicative goes from 5 to 7 working days, excluding holidays, from the date of the order, the same may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by deed of the Authorities.

The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 9.00 to 17.00 every day, no holidays, from Monday to Friday.

If the recipient of the package is absent, the courier will try another delivery on the following day. If at the second pass the recipient is absent the parcel will be in storage and will be kept at the courier's premises and must be released from the sender. The costs for storage, release and subsequent shipment to the recipient are the responsibility of the recipient. To avoid these costs, the customer must call the courier's warehouse and go to collect the package.


The paintings in our shop are not imported but are produced in our artistic laboratory, by qualified personnel. The images may differ in colors depending on the type of monitor used; At Shopart, we ensure the use of professional spectrophotometers that ensure perfect color matching between our monitors and printed matter. The works thus reproduced are faithful to the originals.

For Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the amount of work at the time. When we ship, we will send you by e-mail the tracking code of the shipment with which, by connecting to the courier's website, you can track the status of the shipment in real time until delivery. Please note that the couriers deliver on working days ranging from Monday to Friday holidays excluded and that particular delays may be due to traffic problems or unfavorable weather conditions. Remember that the goods travel at the risk of the customer, so at the arrival of the package, check its external integrity. Any problems of damage should be noted in the bulletin that the courier will tell you to sign: SIGN WITH RESERVE SPECIFYING THE DAMAGE SENT (example broken package, ripped packaging, the contents of the package moves ...). All our packages have a valid insurance coverage only if the damage in the bubble is noted that the courier will tell you to sign.

Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of art. 59 sub c) Consumer Code, we inform you that our sales, having as object also the supply of some customized goods, such as:

  • Prints mounted on a frame with a thickness of cm.3,5.
  • Prints with colored border
  • Prints with non-standard dimensions, that is:
    • cm. 80 x 112
    • cm. 80 x 160
    • cm. 90 x 150
    • cm. 90 x 180
    • cm. 100x140
    • cm. 100 x 170
    • cm. 100 x 200
exclude the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.

However, our company, in order to protect the rights of the consumer, in compliance with the good faith and transparency in the execution of each transaction, guarantees the exercise of the right of withdrawal, within the term of 14 days from receipt of the goods same and after written communication, only and exclusively in the following terms:

  1. On receipt of the goods the same is already from the packaging, or to the touch, deteriorated

In this specific case, at the time of delivery by the appointed courier, it is sufficient to accept the goods with reserve, expressly indicating that the packaging is damaged, or that the good appears to be broken, by inserting this word in the appropriate document transport that must be signed at the time of delivery.

Effects of withdrawal

If the goods are damaged, for the reasons indicated in the transport document, upon written communication from you, you will be reimbursed, no later than days 14 from the return of the same asset, each sum paid, with the same procedures with which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

We therefore advise our customers not to underestimate the importance of a proper inspection of the asset itself upon receipt of the same.
